These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Failure to comply with any of the following terms by the client may result in future orders not being taken.

The client agrees that the commission work is for personal use only and has no right to use or reproduce the work for profit.

If the client wishes to use the commission work for commercial purposes (Patreon, printing, merchandise, etc.) it must be disclosed during the commission negotiation, and it will affect the total cost.

All Art Commissions will be signed.
- The client has no right to edit, cover, delete or otherwise alter the signature. Doing so may result in the client being blacklisted.
- Commissions related to graphic design (logos, stream layouts...) concepts and merchandising will not be signed.

Heronin does not, under any circumstances, consent to the use of his work and commission work or any part of it in any past, present or future AI technology, as well as in technology associated with blockchain, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, NFT markets or future inventions in the space.
Any use of the work for advertising or profit related to AI technology, non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrencies is strictly prohibited.

Heronin reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason he deems valid, without disclosing the reason to the client.

As an artist, Heronin maintains the creation rights of the commissioned works made.

Heronin reserves the rights to use, publish and record the creation process of the commissioned works for his social media and patronage platforms, unless otherwise discussed.

The prices are non-negotiable. Any attempt at bartering will be a reason to reject the order.

Payment will be made in advance through Paypal invoices only and in EUR (€).

In large payment commissions, the client can request to make a payment in 2 advancements. The first payment would be made before starting the commission (50% of the total payment) and the second one would be made after finishing the sketch (the remaining 50%).
- This type of payment does not accept refunds.

If the commission is already started, only a partial refund will be made (50% during the sketch, 25% after the sketch).

Refunds will not be accepted once the commission is finished.

During commission negotiation, the client must provide clear written and visual references of the characters, poses, backgrounds, etc.

Only three (3) rounds of big changes will be made during the sketch phase. Once finished, only small adjustments of color, text and small details will be made.
Any changes outside of that will require an extra charge.
- Any error made by Heronin, based on what was initially requested by the client, will be corrected without need of an extra charge.

When the commission is finished, the client will receive the files corresponding to the type of commission. The client can request other file formats apart from the main ones. Heronin would not share the editable file.

Heronin doesn't have a deadline for commissions. In case of taking a commission with a deadline, this cannot be less than 3 weeks.

If the client wishes to keep his commission private until it is finished, it must be notified during the negotiation of the commission.
- The client can request the commission artwork to be completely private (Heronin will not post or make mention of it). For this option, an extra charge of +45€ will be added to the total commission price.

If the client does not want to be related to the commission and be named as "Anonymous", it must be notified during the commission negotiation. It doesn't cost extra.
