COMMISSIONS

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- These changes apply to all commissions, whether they're finished or not.

Failure to comply with any of the following terms by the client may result in future orders not being taken.

The order can be rejected for any reason, without having to disclose the reason to the client.

Commissions are made in order of payment.
- This order may change if there is a commission with a deadline.

During the negotiation, the client must provide clear written and/or visual references (character, pose, etc.) of what they want.
- If the client does not specify a background for the commission, a Flat/Abstract Background will be made.
- The client can update the type of backgroud later on during the commission, requiring their respective payment, as long the commission is not finished/close to be finished.

Heronin will make only three (3) rounds of big changes in total during the sketch phase.
- Any change outside of what is established will cost an extra.

All commissions will be signed.
- If the client deletes, covers, or edits the signature, it may result in future orders not being taken.

If the client wants to resell the final work in digital and/or physical products, they must inform it during the initial negotiation.

The prices are non-negotiable.
- Any attempt at haggling will be a reason to reject the order.

Payment will be made in euros via PayPal invoice.

Payment will always be made in advance after having negotiated the commission.
- Heronin will not start working on the commission until payment has been received and confirmed.

For commissions over 250€, the client can request to pay in two installments if they wish (50% at the beginning and the second half after finishing the sketch).
- After finishing the sketch, Heronin will not continue working on the commission until he receives the second half of the payment.

If the client wants to make big changes after the final result, an extra payment will be required.
- Any error made by Heronin, based on what was initially requested by the client, will be corrected without need of an extra charge.

The client will have 24 hours to request a full refund after making the payment.

If the client wants a refund but the commission has already been started, only a partial refund will be made (50% during the sketch, 25% after the sketch).

Refunds will not be accepted once the commission is finished.

Heronin retains the creation rights of all commissions produced.

Heronin reserves the right to use the commissions made as examples and to post them on his social media or patronage platforms, without the need to notify the client in advance.
- Heronin will not sell digital or physical products of the commissions, unless the client allows it.

Heronin reserves the right to post the commission process on his social media or patronage platforms.
- If the client wants their commission to be completely private, they must notify Heronin in advance before payment is made.

Heronin does not allow the use of his work in digital products related to NFTs.

Heronin does not allow the use of his work in any kind of Artificial Intelligence.

All commissions made by Heronin will be exclusively for personal use.

The client must not resell and/or distribute the original files of Twitch emotes/badges and Telegram stickers.

Heronin doesn't have a deadline for commissions. In case of the take a commission with a deadline, this cannot be less than 2 weeks.

If the client does not want to be associated/named/tagged with the commission, they must notify Heronin in advance before payment is made
- In this situation, the client will be named as "Anonymous".

The client must be over 18 to request commissions with NSFW/Suggestive themes or that exceed a certain price range.
